Since our start in 1971 we have offered an ever expanding range of contract manufacturing services, some of which include CNC machining, certified welding and fabricating of all sizes. In recent years we have added in house NDT weld inspection and special process testing like: Proof Load testing and sub-harmonic stress relieving. These in house processes allow us too accurately and tightly control work schedules & costs as a “value added” outsource supplier.

We offer a great range in physical size and weight of parts that can be machined or weld fabricated at our facility. Parts from hand held to multi-ton assemblies are regularly constructed at CL Hann.

Our goal and scope as a contract manufacturer is to provide a wealth of experience and related technologies to produce parts and assemblies of the highest quality within our customer budgetary and time frame.

Faro CMM Inspection Arm

CL Hann has chosen Faro Corporation as our supplier for our mobile CMM inspection system. As the size of our parts increase our choice for a mobile system allows us to not only inspect at our facility but transport to our vendors and customers facilities as well. Our Faro arm will support and inspect parts with a 10 ft diameter envelope. The Faro GEO software allows us to “Leap frog” inspect much larger parts and link the inspected segments together for complete inspection data. The wireless data connection on the Laptop allows CL Hann Inspection personnel to inspect, attach file forms & data transfer to all Customer contacts.
